We offer fast, efficient home delivery throughout the UK.

Standard delivery is free for most orders to selected locations. We also offer next day and weekend delivery options to selected locations.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free standard delivery, or next day or weekend delivery to the following areas:
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or to the following postcodes: AB31-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV1-63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH15-50, ZE1-3

Timely Delivery

From the time of you placing your order with us, Kitchenware Express aims to have your item arrive at your chosen delivery destination within the timeframe shown in the table below. If you do not receive your order within the relevant timeframe, please allow for 7 days for delivery before contacting our consumer care team.

Seasonal & peak times of the year may affect our processing and dispatching times. At these infrequent peak times your order may take longer to dispatch.

We charge the necessary postage fee in order to cover our own courier service fee, labour and packaging materials. This continues the assurance that the goods you have ordered from us are delivered to you securely and with optimum service.

    Your Delivery Confirmation
    After receiving your Kitchenware Express order confirmation, you will receive 2 separate emails or text messages from us and our courier with your delivery information. To aid in the identification of the communication related to your purchase from this website, the email or text message will appear as ‘Meyer Group Ltd'.

    You are able to track your item’s delivery process using the tracking code provided by our courier.

    Your Delivery Day
    Your courier will send you an email or text message on the day they plan to deliver.

    Management of your Delivery
    You can manage or adjust your delivery information and options from the courier website or app up to a certain point in your parcels journey, where you may be presented with the following options::

    • Choose an alternative delivery date
    • Change the delivery address (subject to additional charges if new address is out of area)
    • Opt to be left with specified neighbour
    • Opt to be left in specified safe location


      Returning your Items

      If you purchased a product not from the Kitchenware Express website, then please contact the retailer in the first instance.

      If you did purchase your item from the Kitchenware Express website and wish to return your item, you must adhere to our returns policy. To return your item, please contact our Consumer Care team by filling in our contact form.

      • Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
      • Friday 9am-4pm.

      If you are calling please ensure you have the following information to hand:

      • The website you purchased the item from.
      • Your order number - this will be found on the email confirmation you received when the order was placed on our website.
      • The “Product Ref” number – this is usually a five-digit number which can be found on the order confirmation or on the website.
