    Doesn't last...

    Had pan for a while, initially worked really well. However, there's a plate on the bottom of the pan which has peeled off and now the pan doesn't work on my induction hob. Useless!

    Damage to non stick

    Sadly my pan came damaged. I was told I'd be getting a replacement which never came.

    leaking pan

    One of our 28cm pans has started to leak between the base and pan. Is this unusual?

    good pan

    the non-stickiest non stick I have had; lets' see if it lasts. superb for omelettes, scrambled etc. Water and oil just bead on the surface. I guess ultra high temps would damage it but I have an old pan for that.

    Great pan initially - the claim of "ultra-durable" is dubious at best though
    Absolutely cracking pan straight out of the box. You can fry an egg in it with no oil and it will slip straight out when it's done. Fried rice - easy, no sticking. All the stuff that's normally a pain, cooks like a breeze.

    However - the coating on my pan is not ultra durable. It's highly undurable. I only use plastic/latex implements, and I keep it in the cupboard with the lid on (no other pans stacked inside), but after 3 months of use, the coating has peeled in several places in little round circles. This isn't caused by misuse. I might have just got a defective one, I don't know, but the coating shouldn't peel off like this surely? Like in little round patches all over the base.

    Also, you guys don't respond to queries submitted to your Contact Us page on the customer services bit of the website.

    What's going on Meyer? I love all of your products (I've got a set of 25-yr-old Meyer saucepans that are still as the day I bought them!), but this latest purchase has turned out to be a real stinker!

    Could I get some feedback please? I even tried your facebook page but no joy there either!
